Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at news.aurazen@gmail.com with your order number. If approved, we'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at news.aurazen@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

EU Legal Warranty

All products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by a minimum 2-year legal warranty against defects in conformity, under Directive 2019/771. If your product develops a manufacturing defect within this period, contact us to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.
