All Aurazen orders ship free, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Orders ship from our warehouse. Estimated delivery after processing:

• Europe: 10–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
• United States & Canada: 12–20 business days
• Rest of world: 15–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you once the order ships.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at news.aurazen@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it.
