Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurazen website, store, and all related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Aurazen is powered by Shopify. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Aurazen.

1 – Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2 – Products

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.

3 – Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation. Prices are as displayed at checkout and do not include customs or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

You warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4 – Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the shipment to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Aurazen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written consent.

6 – Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) transmit malicious code or spam; (e) scrape, mine, or extract data from the Services; (f) impersonate another person; or (g) interfere with the functioning of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms.

7 – Third-Party Links and Tools

The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites and tools. We do not control or endorse them, and are not liable for any harm arising from your use of third-party services.

8 – Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Aurazen, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, and you release Shopify from all related claims.

9 – User Content and Feedback

Any content you submit (reviews, feedback, suggestions) grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it. You warrant that you own or have rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10 – Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAZEN, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SHOPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurazen, Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

13 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Prague. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

14 – General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that right. These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurazen. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
